We will do our best to ensure on-time deliveries for all orders placed. We will contact you if we are unable to make the delivery due to unavailability of staff or current orders in process. We will deliver within a reasonable distance of our store's location, but will consider special orders case by case. 

All online balloon orders are High-Float, which means we use a patented liquid solution that forms a coating inside the balloon to help hold in the helium. This keeps the balloons floating longer, up to 25 times longer!
